  • This website is operated by Prime Speedworks.

  • Throughout these terms, "we", "our" and "us" refer to Prime Speedworks, and "you" refers to the customer.

2. Products & Fitment

  • We supply performance automotive parts, some of which are designed for off-road or motorsport use only.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that parts are compatible with your vehicle and legal for use in your jurisdiction.

  • We provide information to the best of our knowledge, but final fitment and use are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly listed, or in cases of suspected fraud.

4. Shipping

  • We ship Australia-wide (and internationally where available).

  • Shipping times provided are estimates only and delays may occur beyond our control.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other third parties.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all orders:

  • No refunds for change of mind; store credit or exchange may be offered for unused, unopened items within 14 days.

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items are covered under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Certain products (including electrical components, ECU units, sensors, and special-order items) are not returnable unless faulty.

6. Warranty

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to products where offered.

  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase and must be assessed before approval.

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, racing, or modification is not covered.

  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

  • Our liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the product in line with Australian Consumer Law.
