At Prime Speedworks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes parts may not be suitable or issues may arise, so we’ve made our returns process straightforward while complying with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

At our discretion, we may offer a store credit or exchange if the product is returned in original, unused condition, with all packaging and labels intact.

Any return of this nature must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if a product:

is faulty or defective,

does not function as described, or

arrives damaged.
If this occurs:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and supporting photos.

Once assessed, we will provide instructions for return shipping (at our cost if the product is confirmed faulty/damaged).

You may choose between a replacement, repair, or refund.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or supply the missing item at no extra cost.
Special Orders & Electrical Parts

Electrical components, ECU units, sensors, and special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty, due to testing and installation risks.

Please double-check compatibility before purchasing. Our team is happy to assist with product advice.
How to Start a Return
To lodge a return request:

Email us at admin@prime-speedworks.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

We will confirm the next steps and provide a return authorisation if required.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct part is ordered. We do our best to provide accurate compatibility information, but fitment is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping charges (unless due to fault/error) are non-refundable.
